Season tickets are on sale for the Spokane String Quartet’s 2026-27 with some changes to go along with the first-class chamber music that has been provided for 48 years.
There is a NEW CONCERT TIME this season. All concerts will start at 2 p.m. with the exception of Friday, Sept. 25 concert at NIC in Coeur d’Alene, which will start at 7:30 p.m. Season ticket prices will be $120 for adults and $100 for seniors. Individual concert tickets are $30 for adults and $25 for seniors. Youth under 18 and students with ID are admitted free. Season tickets are on sale now; tickets for individual concerts go on sale at a later date.

The season begins with two performances featuring pianist Frank Huang: Friday, Sept. 25, at Schuler Performing Arts Center at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, and Sunday, Sept. 27, at The Fox Theater in Spokane.
The program includes:
- Franz Liszt, Totentanz, S. 525, solo piano
- Dvořák, Piano Trio No. 4 in E minor “Dumky”
- Schubert, Piano Quintet “Trout”, with Kim Plewniak on double bass
Other concerts at The Fox are Sunday, Nov. 1, Sunday, Feb. 14, and Sunday, April 11, with the Vytal Movement Dance Company. The season concludes Sunday, May 23, at the Bing Crosby Theater with oboist Keith Thomas.
